As a Business Analyst for Vervent, Scott has spent the last year managing and maintaining one of the company’s most vital call center data warehouses. In this role, he leverages the CallMiner Eureka platform to assist in the development of operational strategies which improve existing processes and offer valuable customer insight. He specializes in supporting the company’s outbound and collections activities – focusing on compliance, call center effectiveness, and operational efficiency. Since joining the Vervent team, Scott has served as one of the primary resources for the Speech Analytics department, leading several project initiatives within the organization.
Scott graduated from the University of California – San Diego with a degree in International Business. Prior to Vervent, he worked as an investment banking analyst which sparked his interest in data analytics.
