Drew has been with Americollect for almost a year and a half as a Business Analyst on the Quality Assurance team.

His tenure with Americollect has included taking over the primary administrator role to CallMiner. This role consists of continuing to utilize the platform to meet organizational needs and to identify process improvements. His primary responsibilities include conducting all CallMiner and/or Coach trainings, coordinating with each company department regarding all CallMiner projects and monitoring and maintaining CallMiner searches, categories and scores to ensure accuracy.

Prior to Americollect, he held various roles in the financial services industry that allowed him to grow professionally and to continue to develop his analytical skills.
