Anne Dawson, CallMiner’s Director of Customer Acceleration, originally joined the organization back in 2010 as a Training Specialist. She leads our Department responsible for accelerating our customers and partners to ROI Realization through Education. Anne is also responsible for learning and development at CallMiner. Anne has a Bachelor’s Degree in Communication, a Masters in Organizational Management and has over 15 years of experience working in various Contact Centers.
